Our Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

In the case of cancellation please email us at support@femmefavori.com or contact us at +306989427693 (Viber or WhatsApp).

In the case of email cancellation please provide the following details:

  • Name
  • Order
  • Email
  • Telephone Number

The details must be matching the ones from the order.

If the cancellation process starts before the order has been shipped the customer will be refunded the total cost of the order. 

If the cancellation process starts after the order has been shipped the customer will be refunded only the cost of the product and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged Goods

In the case of defective or non-compliant or not corresponding to the ordered goods, customer need to contact us within 10 days of receipt of the order indicated on the tracking. You will be asked to describe the damage and attach photos to prove the extent of the damage, sending all details through our return page: https://www.femmefavori.gr/apps/returns using the Order number and the Email Address. 

Then select the return reason as (Damaged Goods) and provide us with a detailed description as well as photos.

Important Note: We cannot accept items sent back without an approved return request.

Right of Withdrawal

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you need to return an item, we offer a 30-day return policy. Here's how it works:

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, have all original tags, and their original packaging.
  • Order cost must be above 30€

    How to Start a Return

    • Click "Start Return" and select (Right of Withdrawal) as return reason.
    • We'll review your request. If approved, you'll receive an email with return instructions.

      Return Process (if approved)

      • Securely package the item(s) in their original condition (unworn, tags attached, original packaging).
      • Navigate to https://steiledema.boxnow.gr/apostoli-dematos
      • Enter your details
      • Use recipient details from above
      • Select a BoxNow Locker from the list above.
      • Visit any BoxNow point to drop-off the package.

        Refunds

        • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.
          • Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
          • Please note: Banks and credit card companies may have additional processing times.
          • Contact us at support@femmefavori.com if you haven't received your approved refund within 15 business days.

                Non-Returnable Items

                Gift cards are non-returnable.
